Senior Director of People Strategy

Job Summary

Leading the People Strategy & Transformation group, the full-time Senior Director of People Strategy will define and implement an enterprise-wide people strategy, enhance AbbVie's employee branding, and oversee HR strategy and technology initiatives in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and champion an enterprise-wide people strategy aligned with business priorities and workforce needs
• Lead AbbVie's People Branding strategy, enhancing the employee value proposition and storytelling capabilities
• Oversee the HR strategy planning cycle, ensuring alignment of investments and initiatives with enterprise priorities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Progressive HR leadership experience with a focus on strategy, technology, and operational transformation
• Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-scale HR strategy and technology programs in a global organization
• Deep expertise in HR strategy, HR technology, change management, or people branding
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and align senior leaders, including C-suite stakeholders
