Job Summary
Leading the transformation of people systems and data, the full-time Senior Director of People Technology will manage the implementation of Rippling to replace UKG, ensuring reliable employee data and governance while harmonizing processes across various HR functions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the UKG-to-Rippling implementation, including design, data migration, and change management
- Own program governance, budget, vendor performance, and cross-functional decision-making
- Develop the People Technology team and manage implementation partners, vendors, and contracts
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in HRIS, People Technology, or HR operations
- Demonstrated ownership of a major HCM implementation through launch and optimization
- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, including payroll and talent management
- Experience managing system integrations and data migration in complex organizations
- Proven leadership and program management skills with executive communication abilities
