Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of the platform portfolio, the full-time remote Senior Director of Platform will shape data, AI, and user experience initiatives while managing a high-performing product team across global stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term strategy for Flexera's shared platform capabilities, balancing short-term needs with long-term investments
- Lead the development of the Unified Object Model and data platform initiatives, ensuring a governed, AI-ready data foundation
- Drive adoption of platform capabilities across product teams and establish a cohesive cross-product user experience
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years leading product teams
- Demonstrated success in leading platform, data, or shared services product organizations
- Experience defining and scaling enterprise data platforms and governance frameworks
- Strong understanding of platform economics and cross-functional stakeholder management
- Proven ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams and senior leadership
