Senior Director of PMO
Job Summary
Leading the establishment of a best-in-class project and portfolio management function, the full-time Senior Director of PMO will partner with executive leadership to prioritize investments, manage strategic initiatives, and drive innovation across the enterprise in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise portfolio governance, prioritization, capacity planning, and strategic execution
- Partner with executive leadership to evaluate, prioritize, sequence, and govern strategic initiatives
- Develop PMO methodologies, standards, reporting frameworks, and governance practices
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise programs, portfolios, or business transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional strategic initiatives with executive stakeholders
- Strong business, financial, and operational acumen
- Experience in technology-enabled operations, digital transformation, or AI initiatives is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree, advanced degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
