Job Summary

Leading the transformation of pricing operations, the full-time Senior Director of Pricing Operations will design and build a centralized function, implement a disciplined pricing cadence, and establish an AI-assisted governance model, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build a centralized Pricing Operations function with clear ownership of strategy and analytics
• Define and implement a segment-aware pricing cadence to ensure timely decision-making across the business
• Establish a pricing council and governance model to ensure clarity and communication of pricing changes

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in building or transforming pricing or revenue operations in a B2B SaaS or technology company
• Experience leading organizational change and centralizing distributed functions
• Familiarity with discount governance and competitive pricing intelligence using data and AI tools
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a new team
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
