Senior Director of Product

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and commercial results of the Transact product line, the full-time Senior Director of Product will lead a team of Product Managers in driving innovation and embedding AI throughout the transaction workflow while managing P&L and cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the Transact P&L revenue, bookings, retention, and margin, reporting through a disciplined monthly Product Line Review
• Define and defend an outcome-based strategy and roadmap aligned with financial goals, including prioritizing what not to build
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of Product Managers who act as owners and innovators, ensuring seamless integration with other product lines

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years in product management, including 5+ years leading teams in B2B or vertical SaaS
• Proven ownership of a product line's commercial results, including P&L, bookings, or retention
• Experience in real estate technology, transaction management, or document and workflow software preferred
• Track record of consolidating or modernizing products while protecting customer retention
• Hands-on experience integrating AI and automation into production workflows with measurable adoption
