Job Summary
Leading the development of a peer-to-peer marketplace for digital assets in the Asia-Pacific region, the full-time Senior Director of Product will set the vision and strategy, manage product development, and drive market expansion while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Set the P2P vision, business objectives, and roadmap while prioritizing markets and customer segments
- Develop merchant acquisition strategies and ensure dependable liquidity and competitive pricing
- Lead product development for core P2P capabilities, including transaction workflows and dispute handling
Required qualifications
- Proven experience launching and scaling a crypto P2P marketplace in APAC
- Senior product leadership experience with a focus on strategy and measurable commercial outcomes
- Deep understanding of merchant operations and the economics of P2P trading
- Practical knowledge of APAC payment methods and local banking ecosystems
- Technical fluency in APIs and transaction lifecycles within financial systems
