Senior Director of Product Design

Job Summary

To define and evolve the visual expression of the product portfolio, the full-time Senior Director of Product Creative Direction will lead creative direction, establish visual foundations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a flexible or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and champion a differentiated visual direction for the product portfolio, integrating brand and customer needs
• Establish visual foundations across typography, color, composition, and other elements to create a scalable design system
• Lead the strategy for AI-enabled creative exploration and ensure accessibility is intrinsic to the visual language

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product design, visual design, or creative direction with significant leadership experience
• Portfolio showcasing exceptional visual craft and creative leadership across shipped product experiences
• Deep understanding of design systems and experience evolving visual language in a multi-product software portfolio
• Demonstrated commitment to accessible and inclusive design, with knowledge of WCAG standards
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and align multiple organizations effectively
