Senior Director of Product Design

Job Summary

Leading the UX practice during a pivotal era of growth, the full-time Senior Director of Product Design will manage user experience strategies, advocate for intuitive design solutions, and pioneer AI integration within the design function while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Champion user experience by developing a deep understanding of user workflows to guide design decisions
• Take personal ownership of key priorities to enhance conversations between job seekers and employers, contributing hands-on insights
• Lead and develop the Product Design team, establishing success measures and fostering a positive impact on the product roadmap

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Product Design, including 5+ years in people management
• Strong customer orientation with a proven ability to influence product decisions based on user insights
• Demonstrated track record of initiative and positive impact on outcomes within an organization
• Strong analytical skills for structuring and solving complex problems
• Familiarity with modern AI and design tools, with experience integrating AI methodologies into design workflows
