Senior Director of Product Management

Job Summary

To lead the transformation of accounting software for the trades, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Product Management will define the vision for the accounting platform, build AI-powered features, and manage a team of product managers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the vision for ServiceTitan's accounting platform, ensuring it is scalable for contractors at various financial maturity stages
• Build AI-powered accounting features that deliver value to CFOs, enhancing financial visibility and controls
• Provide strategic clarity and communication on accounting product strategy and roadmap to the team and organization

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, particularly in B2B SaaS environments
• Deep accounting domain expertise, including knowledge of GL structures and AP/AR workflows
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional product areas with significant architectural implications
• Strong instinct for integrating AI into accounting workflows effectively
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; an MBA or graduate degree is a plus but not required
