Job Summary
Owning the vision and strategy for OSV's employee benefits and financial wellness portfolio, the full-time Senior Director of Product Management & Innovation will manage product strategy, partner ecosystem, and commercialization efforts while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the product vision and strategy based on customer insights and market trends
- Establish continuous discovery practices to maintain regular contact with customers and inform product decisions
- Lead partner evaluation and selection, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer value
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, employee benefits, or related fields
- Proven track record of owning product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes
- Experience in evaluating and managing external product or technology partners
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to assess market attractiveness and investment tradeoffs
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders
