Senior Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Director of Product Management for the MetaDefender Endpoint portfolio, this full-time remote role will manage the vision, strategy, and execution of endpoint security solutions, focusing on compliance, patch management, and vulnerability detection while collaborating closely with global R&D teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and champion the product vision and roadmap for MetaDefender Endpoint, aligning with business goals and market conditions
• Drive growth through centralized patch management and compliance initiatives, establishing a flagship direction for the product
• Lead the development of a consistent endpoint experience across all agent platforms, ensuring high-quality delivery and integration

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with a focus on leading teams in cybersecurity or endpoint software
• Proven track record managing a broad range of endpoint use cases, including compliance and vulnerability management
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in product development and architecture
• Experience delivering multi-platform endpoint solutions across desktop and mobile operating systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
