Senior Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the remote full-time Senior Director of Product Management will oversee the Loans Lifecycle and Money Movement domains, defining product strategy and driving cross-functional alignment to support scalable financial products.

Key responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and manage a team of 6-10 product managers, fostering a culture of ownership and rigor
• Define and execute the multi-year product strategy for foundational loan systems and global money movement infrastructure
• Serve as the executive-level subject matter expert on loan lifecycle mechanics and payment infrastructure, guiding product and engineering decisions

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of product management experience, with 3-5 years in leadership roles managing product teams
• Deep expertise in loans or lending systems, including compliance and operational requirements
• Significant experience in money movement and payments infrastructure
• Background in fintech, financial services, or banking, with familiarity in BNPL and platform products
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
