Senior Director of Product Management
Job Summary
To drive strategic digital transformation initiatives, the full-time hybrid Senior Director of Product Management will oversee product ownership and program management within the healthcare payer domain, ensuring successful delivery of solutions that enhance member experience and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own product vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities in alignment with organizational goals
- Lead large-scale healthcare transformation programs from inception through implementation and post-production support
- Build trusted relationships with executive leadership and facilitate strategic discussions among diverse stakeholder groups
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 12+ years of experience in Healthcare Payer organizations or healthcare consulting
- 8+ years of Product Management/Product Ownership experience
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Experience with healthcare platforms such as Facets, QNXT, or similar payer systems
