Senior Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Owning the implementation and ongoing management of product offerings, the full-time remote Senior Director of Product Management will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure operational readiness, and serve as a key liaison among business partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders while driving new product launches and enhancements.

Key responsibilities:

• Directs cross-functional initiatives to plan and implement product launches or updates across the organization
• Owns the product management governance framework to support business growth and compliance controls
• Analyzes business impacts and develops recommendations to balance compliance, operational efficiency, and customer experience

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably within the insurance industry, or High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to lead projects with minimal oversight
• Experience in business or technology transformation
• Compliance/regulatory experience
• Results-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
