Senior Director of Product Management

Job Summary

To drive the development of an industry-defining autonomous marketing system, the full-time Senior Director of Product Management (AI/ML) will define product strategy, oversee execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value to enterprise brands.

Key responsibilities

• Define the product thesis, strategy, and outcomes for the autonomous Marketing Agent
• Collaborate with customers and internal experts to identify automation opportunities and establish product confidence
• Lead the end-to-end agent experience, ensuring continuous improvement based on customer goals and results

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or a related leadership role with experience in AI/ML-powered products
• Proven track record of shipping significant AI/ML products and connecting technical capabilities to customer value
• Experience in leading 0-to-1 product development in ambiguous environments
• Technical fluency to engage with engineering and research teams on model behavior and system architecture
• Strong product judgment and a data-driven approach to decision-making
