Senior Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Driving product vision and strategy, the full-time Senior Director of Product Management will lead the Benefits and HR Product Domains remotely, focusing on building a high-performing product management organization while maintaining hands-on ownership of key product areas.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and multi-year strategy aligned with business objectives and competitive positioning
• Develop and maintain multi-horizon roadmaps that balance customer commitments with long-term investments
• Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of product managers, establishing accountability frameworks and a culture of customer obsession

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Product Management experience in HCM, payroll, benefits administration, or B2B SaaS environments
• 5+ years in people leadership roles with direct P&L responsibility and success in developing product managers
• Deep expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) and related HR/workforce technology workflows
• Proven ability to establish or elevate a product management operating model from the ground up
• Strong business acumen and data literacy, with experience in developing product strategy and leading complex product portfolios
