Senior Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the full Exostar Supply Chain portfolio in a full-time hybrid role, the Senior Director of Product Management will manage product strategy and delivery for SupplyLine, DemandLine, Supplier Management, and the Marketplace initiative, ensuring secure visibility and collaboration for aerospace and defense customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for the Supply Chain portfolio, balancing migration work with long-term investments
• Lead the migration of existing customers to new products, managing risks and ensuring functional gaps are addressed early
• Direct the development of new product capabilities for major enterprise accounts, translating customer requirements into modern, differentiated solutions

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in product management with a focus on complex B2B SaaS product launches or platform migrations
• 5+ years of experience leading and mentoring product management teams, including management of 8 or more Product Managers and Product Owners
• Experience in supply chain management or related software, with a preference for familiarity with aerospace and defense sectors
• Proven track record of leading legacy-to-modern platform migrations while managing customer expectations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
