Leading product strategy and execution for Developer & AI initiatives, the full-time Senior Director of Product Management will define the product vision and roadmap, ensuring secure interactions between developers and AI systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Set and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Developer Experience and AI security initiatives
- Lead product definition for secure workflows, including identity management and access control for developers and AI agents
- Recruit, mentor, and lead senior product managers within complex technical domains
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in product management, with 5+ years leading senior product managers or portfolios
- Experience with platform, developer-facing, or infrastructure products is strongly preferred
- Proven track record of shipping impactful developer tools or security products
- Strong familiarity with modern AI technologies, including LLMs and orchestration frameworks
- Solid understanding of security concepts such as identity and secrets management
