Senior Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading a team of product managers, the full-time Senior Director of Product Management will own the strategy and outcomes for the payroll product, engaging with customers and driving execution in collaboration with Engineering and Design.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of ownership and growth
• Define and execute the multi-year vision and strategy for Dayforce Payroll, utilizing market insights and customer outcomes
• Engage directly with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and address escalations

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, including 5+ years in a leadership role
• Experience in setting product strategy for complex, mission-critical products with a successful track record of delivery
• Proven ability to integrate AI into enterprise products, demonstrating measurable customer impact
• Strong metrics orientation with experience managing business and product outcomes
• Background in enterprise B2B SaaS, particularly in HCM, ERP, or fintech, with payroll or tax domain knowledge preferred
