Senior Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the evolution of product management across a digital organization, the full-time Senior Director of Product Management will oversee the vision, standards, and governance of the practice while translating enterprise strategy into actionable multi-year plans, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the vision, philosophy, and operating model for the Product Management practice
• Set product standards, methodologies, and governance to improve consistency and quality across teams
• Represent product management at the executive level and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to shape digital strategy and roadmaps

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
• 12-15+ years of progressive product management experience, including leadership of product leaders
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling a product practice or organization
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional digital initiatives and influencing senior executives
• Proven ability to connect product practice maturity to measurable business outcomes
