Leading the development of innovative leadership tools, the full-time remote Senior Director of Product Management will influence product strategy, define roadmaps, and drive execution for the Leader Enablement & Coaching product suite while fostering a high-performing team culture.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product lifecycle by transforming strategy into actionable roadmaps and managing product releases in collaboration with engineering teams
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver solutions that enhance the performance and talent lifecycle for customers
- Act as a customer advocate by engaging users to gather insights and drive innovation in the customer experience
Required qualifications
- Deep knowledge of corporate Talent Optimization or HCM
- Experience in building AI and SaaS solutions
- Proven track record in managing product P&L and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of product strategies and the ability to execute product roadmaps
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and develop high-performing product teams
