Senior Director of Program Management

Job Summary

Owning the integrated program strategy for TIL cell therapy assets, the remote Senior Director of Program Management will manage cross-functional teams, oversee timelines, and ensure alignment with clinical, regulatory, and commercial objectives throughout the development process.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present program strategy and vision from early development through commercialization, ensuring alignment with the TIL platform strategy
• Align subject matter expert deliverables with overall development strategy while managing risks and accountability across functions
• Serve as the primary strategic voice in governance forums and executive reviews, driving resolution recommendations with senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, MBA, or equivalent)
• 11+ years in clinical drug development with strong CMC experience in oncology, particularly with cell and gene therapies
• Working knowledge of the global clinical and commercial landscape in oncology and cell therapy
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through multiple development phases, including regulatory submissions
• Proficiency with program and portfolio management tools and timeline oversight
