Senior Director of Programs

Job Summary

To drive account strategy and operational excellence, the full-time remote Senior Director of Programs will manage key portfolio service functions, enhance client relationships, and lead transformation initiatives across a complex corporate real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic delegate for the Account Director, representing account leadership in executive discussions and decision-making activities
• Provide strategic leadership across portfolio service functions to align resources and support client business goals
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, managing expectations and influencing strategic decisions

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership experience in operational and financial performance across large-scale client accounts or complex service organizations
• Strong expertise in financial oversight, budget management, and driving operational efficiency
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex operational and strategic challenges
• Experience building executive relationships and influencing key decisions
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and executing strategic priorities in a matrixed environment
