Senior Director of Project Finance

Job Summary

Leading transaction execution in a hybrid environment, the full-time Senior Director of Project Finance will manage M&A, project financings, and corporate level financings while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely financial closures.

Key responsibilities

• Lead transaction execution for various financing types, including M&A and project financings
• Negotiate financing documentation and maintain relationships with potential project investors
• Oversee the development and maintenance of complex project finance models for renewable energy projects

Required qualifications

• 8-10+ years of project finance, corporate finance, or investment banking experience in renewable energy or a similar industry
• Strong financial modeling capabilities and familiarity with project finance structures
• Experience in creating marketing materials and managing data rooms
• Demonstrated ability to close complex business transactions under tight timeframes
• Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams and building relationships
