Senior Director of Qualitative Research

Job Summary

To build a best-in-class qualitative research center of excellence, the full-time Senior Director of Qualitative Research will manage qualitative data collection and analysis, oversee vendor management, and lead the development of quality assurance processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual qualitative data collection and analysis business plans
• Collaborate with PCR solution teams to ensure successful project design and delivery
• Oversee qualitative research technologies and manage qualitative data analysis and collection

Required qualifications

• PhD, Master's, or Bachelor's degree (PhD preferred)
• At least 12 years of qualitative research leadership experience in a relevant field
• Deep understanding of patient-centered research and regulatory environments
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality scientific outputs
• Strong interpersonal and staff management skills
