Senior Director of Quality Assurance
Job Summary
Leading the global quality strategy, the full-time Senior Director of Quality Assurance will manage approximately 150 QA and Automation QA engineers across 10 product teams, driving quality practices, AI-enabled testing, and innovation in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a unified quality strategy aligned with organizational goals and oversee quality improvement initiatives
- Provide leadership and mentorship to QA professionals, fostering talent development and promoting best practices across distributed teams
- Oversee testing practices and advance automation strategies to support CI/CD pipelines and enhance product quality
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of QA, Quality Engineering, or Software Testing experience
- 7+ years in QA leadership roles with responsibility across multiple products and global teams
- Experience with automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and modern SDLC practices
- Proven ability to lead in a matrixed/dotted-line environment
