Senior Director of RCM

Job Summary

To lead the revenue cycle management efforts, the full-time remote Senior Director of RCM will own the end-to-end revenue cycle processes, focusing on metrics, automation, and compliance while driving improvements in accounts receivable, denials, and cash forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and denial resolution by identifying root causes and implementing process improvements
• Oversee metrics and reporting to ensure accurate collection views and operational efficiency
• Lead automation initiatives to streamline billing processes and enhance operational capacity

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven expertise in outpatient behavioral health and Medicaid/MCO billing
• Experience in startup environments, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
• Strong background in implementing AI and automation solutions within RCM processes
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex billing information clearly to executives and stakeholders
