Job Summary
To support a growing real estate portfolio, the full-time Senior Director of Real Estate Strategy will manage portfolio and workplace strategies, coordinate with external partners, and oversee data analysis while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a multiyear portfolio strategy aligned with business growth and evaluate footprint decisions
- Oversee workplace strategy to enhance employee experience and optimize office design and utilization
- Manage relationships with external partners to ensure effective leasing and project management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate real estate or related fields
- Working knowledge of commercial lease structures and lease accounting concepts
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience working with outsourced service providers or brokerage partners
