Senior Director of Real World Evidence

Job Summary

Leading the Real World Evidence (RWE) team, the full-time Senior Director of Real World Evidence will develop and execute Adaptive's real-world data strategy to validate and describe the scientific and clinical value of its products, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the strategy for utilizing real-world data to enhance the clinical and commercial value of Adaptive's products
• Build and manage a high-performing team of RWE Analysts and data engineers, overseeing the functional operating budget and external data investments
• Design and execute rigorous RWE studies, ensuring high standards for scientific rigor and relevance to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in biostatistics, epidemiology, health economics, bioinformatics, data science, or a related quantitative field
• 14+ years of experience with a MS, or 10+ years with a PhD, in real-world data, healthcare data strategy, diagnostics, or life sciences
• Experience managing subordinate managers and leading cross-functional teams
• Deep understanding of real-world data sources, including electronic health records and insurance claims data
• Proven expertise in data quality assessment, validation, governance, and curation workflows
