Senior Director of Retail Finance

Job Summary

Leading Merchandise Finance in a high-visibility role, the full-time Senior Director of Retail Finance will partner with C-suite executives to design and execute the retail merchandise plan while owning FP&A for Channels, Business Development, and Marketing in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CMO, Chief Growth Officer, and COO to translate strategic priorities into financial models and analysis
• Own FP&A across Merchandise/Retail, Channels & Business Development, and Marketing, tracking performance and holding teams accountable
• Build and motivate a team of FP&A managers and analysts, ensuring deep expertise and scalable processes

Required qualifications

• 8-10+ years in business, finance, or accounting, with 5+ years leading FP&A teams
• Background in retail, ecommerce, or merchandise finance with fluency in retail P&L dynamics
• Experience managing multiple business lines or P&Ls, prioritizing across competing needs
• Strong SQL skills and advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools
• History of presenting to C-suite executives with strong project management skills
