Senior Director of Revenue Cycle

Job Summary

Providing strategic direction for critical Revenue Cycle initiatives, the full-time Senior Director of Revenue Cycle will manage complex projects, drive performance, and oversee functional areas such as patient eligibility, billing, and accounts receivable in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement revenue cycle KPIs and reporting focused on quality and efficiency
• Analyze outstanding claims and denial trends to forecast collections and identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes for timely billing and receivables

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in business operations, preferably in a healthcare environment
• 3+ years of management experience overseeing operations analytics and staff performance
• 5+ years of experience in operations-related data analytics and reporting
• Experience in strategic planning, business planning, and budget management
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and database management experience is a plus
