Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end revenue cycle management for a narrow yet demanding payer mix, the full-time Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management will lead a team to enhance operational efficiency, drive automation, and ensure compliance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and denials by identifying root causes and implementing solutions
- Oversee metrics and reporting to provide leadership with reliable insights into collections performance

Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
