Senior Director of Revenue Finance

Job Summary

Leading the Revenue Finance organization, the full-time Senior Director of Revenue Finance will manage subscription and revenue metrics, oversee a five-person team, and serve as a key finance partner to various leadership teams, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a five-person Revenue Finance team, setting priorities and career paths
• Own total-company accountability for subscription and revenue metrics, including forecasting and reporting
• Serve as the primary finance voice in executive meetings, translating revenue performance into actionable insights

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 15+ years of experience in FP&A, revenue finance, or subscription/SaaS finance with management experience
• Deep understanding of subscription and recurring-revenue metrics and SaaS revenue forecasting
• Experience presenting revenue insights directly to executive leadership or the board
• Proficiency with Salesforce, NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, Power BI/Tableau, and advanced Excel modeling
