Leading the engineering teams for Astra Agents and the Contract Intelligence Graph, the full-time Senior Director of Software Engineering will own engineering strategy and execution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own engineering outcomes across Astra and CLM cloud-native services, including APIs and integrations
- Define architecture direction and convergence roadmap for shared components and services
- Lead the software development lifecycle, ensuring reliability, security, and operational excellence
Required qualifications
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles
- Demonstrated ownership of engineering outcomes for substantial product portfolios
- Deep experience with cloud-based SaaS systems, distributed services, and APIs
- Hands-on technical fluency in AI functionality and engineering practices
