Job Summary
Leading the development of special education and related programs, the full-time Senior Director of Special Programs will coach and elevate a team of leaders to ensure high-performing services while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and develop special programs leaders to embody service standards and instructional excellence
- Monitor performance metrics and proactively intervene to drive improved student outcomes
- Ensure compliance with approved processes and maintain high-quality service delivery across programs
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field
- Minimum of ten years of experience in special services and ten years of professional leadership experience
- Deep expertise in special education, Section 504, EL, GT, and McKinney-Vento programs
- Demonstrated success in leading teams and improving operational performance
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with relevant educational systems
