Senior Director of Strategy
Job Summary
As the Senior Director of Strategy, the full-time remote position will lead strategic planning and storytelling for a high-profile client, e.l.f. Beauty, by building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and translating complex data into impactful go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and act as a senior escalation point for the e.l.f. Beauty account, identifying growth opportunities
- Distill complex data and media plans into clear strategic recommendations while ensuring concise client deliverables
- Oversee advanced data analysis and connect brand moments with cohesive communications plans
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in digital strategy, communications planning, or brand strategy, preferably in a fast-paced agency or consumer brand
- Strong expertise across linear and digital channels, particularly in video, social, and integrated full-funnel planning
- Proven ability to create high-impact presentation decks for C-suite and VP-level audiences
- Deep understanding of the creator economy and social commerce platforms
- Familiarity with planning and competitive research tools such as Kantar, SimilarWeb, and eMarketer
