Job Summary

Leading a team of four in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Director of Talent will oversee talent acquisition, manage instructor relationships, and negotiate agreements for original classes, live events, and podcasts while ensuring effective collaboration across various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team focused on talent acquisition and relations, ensuring coverage across multiple programs
• Personally book instructors and negotiate agreements, maintaining fee benchmarks and deal structures
• Oversee instructor relationships throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely approvals and managing high-profile escalations

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in talent booking or relations, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of closing high-profile talent deals and negotiating with their representation
• Experience leading a team while actively managing deals as a player-coach
• Strong understanding of deal structures, fee benchmarking, and contract terms
• Experience working with enterprise or brand partners requiring high-touch service
