Senior Director of Talent Acquisition
Job Summary
To support strategic talent initiatives across the Caribbean and Latin America, the full-time Senior Director of Talent Acquisition will define and deliver talent strategies, lead executive searches, and enhance recruiting capabilities while operating in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business priorities and workforce needs
- Lead critical executive and hard-to-fill searches while building external talent networks and proactive pipelines
- Oversee the CALA Talent Acquisition organization, ensuring effective recruiting practices and performance monitoring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, Organizational Design, or related field; master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience with a focus on leading recruiting teams and strategies
- Demonstrated experience in multi-country Talent Acquisition and recruiting senior/executive talent
- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition technology, analytics, and sourcing tools
- Fluency in English and Spanish
