Senior Director of Talent Acquisition

Job Summary

Leading the Talent Acquisition function, the full-time Senior Director of Talent Acquisition will develop and execute recruiting strategies, manage the recruiting team, and partner with executives to ensure effective hiring practices in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the enterprise talent acquisition strategy in collaboration with the Chief People Officer and executive leadership
• Lead day-to-day talent acquisition operations, ensuring quality of hire and building strong pipelines for high-priority roles
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on talent and organizational decisions, translating talent data into actionable insights

Required qualifications

• 10-12+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, including team leadership
• Experience in high-growth technology, SaaS, or fintech environments
• Proven track record in building scalable recruiting strategies and processes
• Deep expertise in hands-on recruiting and candidate assessment, particularly for executive roles
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach to talent decisions with a bias toward action
