Senior Director of Technology Delivery
Job Summary
Serving as the VP's technology delivery lieutenant, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Technology Delivery will manage application development, automation, and platform operations while ensuring alignment with business strategies and technology execution.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day execution, operational performance, and delivery governance across the technical portfolio
- Lead application development, automation, and integration delivery for clinical business solutions
- Establish and operate consistent software development lifecycle practices, including Agile and DevOps methodologies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, healthcare administration, or a related field
- 12+ years of progressive experience in technology delivery, software engineering, or application support
- 7+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams in an enterprise environment
- Healthcare technology experience, including clinical or revenue cycle platforms, is strongly preferred
- Master's degree and relevant certifications in technology, delivery, or project management are preferred
