Senior Director of Total Rewards
Job Summary
To support the People & Impact team, the remote Senior Director of Total Rewards will design and implement scalable compensation and benefits programs, oversee global People Operations, and promote the adoption of AI and automation to enhance HR processes.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert on total rewards and global People Operations, ensuring compliance and effective execution of programs
- Lead a team of 4 direct reports, fostering their career growth and development within the organization
- Design competitive total rewards programs aligned with company values, while collaborating with Finance and regional leaders on compensation strategies
Required qualifications
- Typically 10+ years of experience in global compensation and benefits, preferably in a high-growth startup or tech environment
- Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations impacting compensation
- Expertise in executive compensation, equity vehicles, and compensation design
- Proven track record of developing innovative rewards programs that scale with organizational growth
- Experience leading HRIS, compliance, and People Operations functions across multiple regions
