Senior Director of Training Delivery

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership for training operations in a remote full-time capacity, the Senior Director of Training Delivery will develop and execute an enterprise-wide training strategy, establish governance frameworks, and ensure workforce readiness across multiple business process outsourcing partners in the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a unified training strategy aligned with business priorities and operational performance goals
• Establish training governance strategies, communication routines, and oversight processes across internal and partner organizations
• Create standardized frameworks for trainer development and performance management to ensure consistent training quality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education, Organizational Development, Healthcare Administration, Operations, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive experience in learning and training operations, including leadership roles in outsourced healthcare environments
• Demonstrated expertise in training capacity planning, workforce readiness, and performance reporting
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and vendor governance
• Experience in regulated healthcare operations and enterprise learning technologies preferred
