Senior Director of Treasury
Job Summary
Seeking a strategic finance leader, the full-time Senior Director of Treasury will build and lead the global treasury function, overseeing liquidity, cash visibility, banking, and treasury risk while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global treasury strategy to protect liquidity and support growth
- Own the enterprise liquidity outlook and establish reliable global cash reporting and forecasts
- Advise the CFO and Executive Leadership Team on capital structure and financing options, leading treasury execution of debt transactions
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive treasury experience within a PE-backed portfolio company
- Demonstrated experience in building or transforming treasury processes and infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of global cash management, forecasting, and banking operations
- Experience leading treasury work across entities or geographies with senior executives
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CTP, CFA, or MBA preferred
