Job Summary
To expand the development slate, the full-time Senior Director of Unscripted will manage the creation, packaging, and sale of premium unscripted formats and docuseries, working closely with creators and talent in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop original unscripted formats and docuseries for television and streaming
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of projects at various stages of development
- Pitch projects to networks, streamers, and other buyers while maintaining strong relationships within the industry
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in unscripted television development across various formats
- Proven track record of developing unscripted projects that have sold or aired
- Strong relationships with networks, streamers, and production companies
- Demonstrated ability to take projects from concept to market-ready pitch
