Senior Director of UX Strategy
Job Summary
Leading multiple software development teams, the full-time Senior Director of UX Strategy will define and execute the technology vision and architecture roadmap for Advisor Solutions Products, while driving the adoption of modern engineering practices and AI solutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor software development teams, providing technical leadership throughout the Software Development lifecycle
- Define and implement scalable architectural solutions, ensuring alignment with business priorities and operational needs
- Champion modern software engineering practices and drive the evaluation and adoption of AI-enabled solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years of progressive software engineering experience, including substantial leadership of technical teams
- Deep technical proficiency in Java and Python, along with modern frameworks and technologies
- Expert understanding of software architecture, microservices, and cloud-native solutions
- Strong practical experience with AI and machine-learning-enabled solutions
