Job Summary

Leading Workforce Transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Director of Workforce Transformation will manage productivity insights, redesign job architecture, and define future skills while working remotely to drive AI integration across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own and measure AI's impact on workforce productivity and efficiency, presenting quarterly insights to leadership
• Redesign roles and career pathways in alignment with AI-driven changes and oversee strategic workforce planning
• Define necessary future skills and lead the development of training programs to enhance AI fluency across the workforce

Required qualifications

• Experience as an AI-native operator with a strong understanding of LLMs and AI applications
• Proven leadership in transformation and operating model development that enhances organizational effectiveness
• Ability to anticipate AI's impact on roles and skills, proactively shaping workforce strategies
• Experience in designing skills-based workforce structures and career pathways
• Strong change leadership skills with a consultative approach to influence senior functional leaders
