Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Pharmacy & Behavioral Health Program Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead cross-functional strategies for delegate vendor partners in core benefit offerings
• Manage vendor partnerships to ensure clinically effective and cost-effective programs
• Oversee departmental budgeting and support business case justification for major investments

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of program management experience with strategic partners
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare, including roles in consulting firms, PBM, or health plans
• 7+ years of experience in leading teams
• Experience with vendor management on behalf of health plans or account management for health plan vendors
• Knowledge of the PBM industry
