Senior Director, Risk & Compliance

Job Summary

Leading the Risk & Compliance Business Partners R&D organization, the full-time Senior Director, Risk & Compliance will set the multi-year strategy, drive a risk-accountable culture, and manage relationships across GSK's Research and Development areas while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Set the multi-year strategy for Risk & Compliance Business Partners R&D and secure necessary investments
• Drive a risk-accountable leadership culture and oversee the Risk & Compliance Business Partners R&D organization
• Develop a deep understanding of R&D business processes and guide leadership on risk management in response to technology and regulatory changes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in cyber risk, technology risk, or information security governance
• Experience conducting risk assessments and managing risk registers
• Experience leading a global capability in cyber security
• Experience managing a capability budget and vendor portfolio
