Job Summary
Leading a global Multi-tenant SRE organization, the full-time Senior Director, Site Reliability Engineering will oversee reliability, operational readiness, and talent development while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the PingOne Multi-Tenant platform in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement the strategy and operating model for Multi-tenant SRE, ensuring accountability for reliability and operational execution
- Own the reliability and platform-modernization roadmap, focusing on Kubernetes adoption, data-platform improvements, and operational risk reduction
- Strengthen DevOps practices by enhancing collaboration between software delivery and operations, and improving automation and infrastructure-as-code practices
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or comparable engineering roles, including leadership of multiple teams
- Proven success in operating high-volume, mission-critical SaaS services in a global environment
- Strong experience with infrastructure as code, cloud provisioning, and deployment automation
- Deep understanding of reliability engineering, incident management, and operational readiness
- Experience leading large-scale modernization or platform-standardization programs involving multiple stakeholders
